Foreign Affairs has released a new eBook to commemorate the tenth anniversary of 9/11: The U.S. vs. al Qaeda: A History of the War on Terror, edited by Gideon Rose and Jonathan Tepperman. The volume includes articles by leading experts and explores the rise and reach of al Qaeda, identifies weaknesses in the U.S. response to 9/11 and looks to the future of the terrorist network after the death of Osama bin Laden.
